1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering Technology or Design, fresh graduates are also eligible；                

2、Proficient in operating office automation equipment, familiar with motor design software, and understanding of motor manufacturing principles, processes, and procedures；                

3、Experience in the development of engineering technology for DC motors, series excited motors, and servo motors is preferred.                

4、Strong sense of work responsibility, excellent teamwork ability, and ability to adapt to moderate overtime；
